Your mission
As an educational resource at Kunskapscompaniet, you will serve as support in the participants' education. You will work closely with other teachers and support the participants both individually and in groups.
You will assist the participants with practical support in their studies, develop their study techniques, and coach them towards achieving their set goals. You feel comfortable teaching and speaking in front of groups, and experience as a supervisor during APL (workplace training) is an advantage.
Together with your colleagues, you will support teaching in both theoretical and practical aspects, in accordance with the Swedish National Agency for Education's curricula and our internal guidelines.
The role also includes planning and following up on APL placements, where your network within the industry is a valuable resource. We value your ability to inspire and motivate our students, and your commitment to their personal development in this important phase of life is crucial.
To apply, we ask that you
have at least one (1) year of professional experience in student support activities full-time.
have experience in the restaurant industry.
possess good pedagogical skills.

- Employment type: Permanent, full-time. A probationary period applies.
